Description:  Oil Power. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide of (R to L) Pennsylvania Railroad engine #9682 and two more units whose road numbers are not recorded. All were built by GM-EMD and rated at 1,500 horsepower each. #9682 was constructed as an EH-15 in February of 1949, rebuilt as an EF-15A, and retired in November of 1965 after just 16 years of revenue service. Note the "Helper Service" stripe on the cab door. The photographer's name, the exact date, and the location are not recorded.

Both were built by EMD and rated at 1,500 horsepower each. #9862 is an EH-15 built in 1949. #9847 is an EFP-15 built in 1952. They are about to pass under the 8th Street Bridge into the Westbound Receiving Yard with 100 empty coal cars and N-8 caboose #478213.
