In the Spirit of the New York Central  Contributor's Pick!
On July 29th and 30th 2017, the Catskill Mountain Railroad leased Viscose Company No. 6 to run the Catskill Mountain Flyer. No. 6 is an 0-4-0T built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works in 1924 for the American Viscose Company, it was purchased by a private organization and restored to operational condition in the early 2000s, it is now leased to tourist railroads across the Northeast to run steam-powered excursions. In a scene that could almost be from the time when the Catskill Mountain Branch was operated by the New York Central System, the Catskill Mountain Railroads Catskill Mountain Flyer, under the power of Viscose Company No. 6, rolls across the Hurley Flats just west of Kingston on its way back to Westbrook Station.
