Mike Woodruff General This was at SJ tower, Lima OH where the Erie crossed the DT&I. Erie train #7 derailed due to excessive speed on a 10 mph crossover. The engineer, fireman and tower operator were killed in the accident. 7/21/2019 6:37:38 PM
