Huntingdon. Here is an original telephoto view that I took of a Pennsylvania Railroad train East of Huntingdon, Pennsylvania, during October of 1965. Shown here (R to L) are PRR engines #2333, #2536, and two other units whose numbers are not recorded. #2333 is an EF-25 built by EMD in 1965 and rated at 2,500 horsepower. #2536 is a GF-25 built by General Electric in 1965 and rated at 2,500 horsepower. They are pulling an eastbound mixed-cargo freight train down a straight stretch in the Juniata River Valley. |
