| Each year there seems to be a few less reminders of the Los Angeles Pacific Venice Short Line's once mighty main line from Los Angeles to Santa Monica. In fact, the ROW of the cutoff to Santa Monica, just a block or so north of this shot, is completely built over. But the Grand Canal Bridge survives here in Venice, and is used now as part of a beach parking lot. |
