| Pennsylvania Railroad E8 5837 coming to a scheduled station stop eastbound at Englewood Union Station on the south side of Chicago, Illinois on April 11, 1965, Kodachrome by Chuck Zeiler. This locomotive was built in February 1951 (c/n 13106) on EMD Order 6181A. I failed to note which train this was. Based on the June 1965 edition of The Official Guide, this might be either Train # 48, The General, or Train # 28, The Broadway Limited. The General was due at Englewood at 3:28 PM and The Broadway Limited was due at 4:13 PM. |
