I suppose a scanner would be wise, but after 40+ years of using and monitoring the radio Id just as soon listen to the birds. Well, I thought I was seeing the eastbound consist moving away off in the distance, and then noticed it was a westbound. So I scrambled down the hill and was blessed with a nice afternoon manifest. |
