It was built by the Montreal Locomtoive Works in November of 1930 and remained in service until April of 1958. It was retired and scrapped then. Specs - class H1b, 75" drivers, 22x30" cylinders, engine wt 351,200 lb, tractive effort of 45,254. No date or location were given for the photo so approximates were used.This is a James Bowie photo |
