One of two 1923 Montreal Locomotive Works 4-6-2 Pacifics built for the Toronto, Hamilton & Buffalo Railway. According to www.steamlocomotive.com, the two locos in this class were the largest and heaviest engines ever built to a TH&B design and was fitted with 14" piston valves. The two in the class also have the distinction of being the last hand-fired locomotives allowed to run in the United States. Scrapped in 1952. Specs - Builder's number 65360, K-1 class, 69" drivers, 200 psi boiler pressure, 24x28" cylinders, engine weight of 263,500 lb, tractive effort of 39,736 lb.
