Description:  L517 comes across Lexington Ave with a "new" C40-8 leading the way. The 2115 is in a special scheme to celebrate CNs 15th anniversary of being privatized. Power like this keeps things interesting for me, its better then the usual 57XX, or 2/3XX series.
