Missouri Pacific Railroad SD50 5031 at Cotter, Arkansas on April 28, 1989, Kodachrome by Chuck Zeiler. There appears to be six SD50's dragging an empty unit coal train up a grade out of Cotter, two more units than usual, suggesting an equipment move perhaps. This started out as a perfectly lit scene, until train time, and then a cloud rolled in, and so this is what you get. |

Presumably after several more crew changes, the train will be loaded in Wyoming and return to Arkansas. |
