| After the NOGC crewmen helped the lady in the F150 move her truck forward a few inches until it reached the yellow barriers, the train smokes up as it begins inching forward after a delay of several minutes. The white Ford truck with Texas plates in the foreground is an NOGC truck with the two crewmen that have just helped the woman move her truck. (Apparently, it was stalled.) The two men are driving forward ahead of the train for their next task: lowering the Harvey Canal Drawbridge so that the train can pass on this wet August afternoon in Louisiana. |
