Eric, this is an FR-16 Shark-nosed diesel, made by Baldwin Locomotive Works.

This actually looks like the NY&LB yard at Bay Head Junction, NJ. Not only are there the two PRR Sharks but at the left appears to be a CNJ FM Trainmaster.

Eric! Great Shot! Here is some history on Tucson Red! in this photo the unit is in Tucson Red. The PRR started to repaint a lot of their passenger units begining in 8-1952, till 1956. The first new units that came painted in tuscsan red were the first two sets of FP7A. Bd. 7-1952. So this photo was take between 1954 & 1955. I hope this will help you.
