C.S. Jackson	General	I may go into the watermelon selling business next summer. If I can find a good spot to take pictures of trains in like say, Memphis, Tenn., Crenshaw, Miss., Olive Branch., Miss. william davis	General	The W Sign is the whistle post for a crossing, which are usually placed about 1,500 ft. from a crossing. Engineers are to start blowing the airhorn at the W sign or whistle post & the rule for CSXT is 14L 2 Long blasts 1 short blast & 1 more long blast until you get the lead unit through the crossing. On the Southern Railway now NS they have signs that have 2 long black horizontal lines 1 black dot & another black horizontal line, which means 2 long blasts, 1 short blast & another long blast, which is the rule for all railroads for blowing at crossings	5/10/2007 10:46:02 PM
