Tony Fernandez	General	A rare unit! This is a C36M (3600 hp) ex-ATSF C30-7, rebuilt by VMV and leased by UP from Helm/GE (HLGX). A total of 34 units were leased to the UP by GE to compensate for slow deliveries of C40-8 units.
