Jonathon Russell General The HLCX 6203 is an ex- Quebec, North Shore, & Labradore (QNSL) locomotive, which is an iron ore railroad in Quebec, Canada, all of their SD40-2's have these fuel tanks. 2/13/2007 12:35:04 AM
