Note the lead engine on 62V NS 4045 has its headlight turned off This is under NORAC rule 22 C (3) Turning Headlight Off , When standing to be met or to be passed by another train in signaled territory . Westbound Track 1 Signal displays Aspect Red/Red NORAC Rule 292 Name STOP Indication Stop. Westbound Track 2 signal still displaying CLEAR for 11N , Exhaust is seen form NS 4045 lead engine on 62V
