| A 25 car lot of Viewliner II diners was built by CAF USA (Construcciones y Auxiliar de Ferrocarrilesas) in Elmira Heights, NY between 2016 and 2019. They are single-level cars named after state capitols east of the Mississippi. The car pictured is named "Jackson" and numbered 68014. These 25 diners were part of the 130 car Viewliner II order and were all delivered in Amtrak's classic Phase III paint scheme while sporting the current Amtrak "Travelmark" Logo.
