"Battle scars"  Contributor's Pick!
BNSF 6365 and 993 lead an Chicago - Portland Z train at West "A" Street on the morning of 11/28/22. 6365 must have quite a story to tell. What looks like a head on collision leading to the loco tipping on its side; leaving to the unit needing new parts/paint in spots. You can even see that the rear steps on the locomotive looked replaced. Otherwise, the left numberboard is stenciled, a brand new plow is in place, and many panels on the right side are replaced. And the most noticable of all, the center of the nose is in fresh paint so that the BNSF logo has been shortened to "BF". I have no idea what incident this locomotive was involved with, if anyone knows, leave a comment.
