Built by Baldwin in July of 1945 as B&O 2-8-8-4 #7625, an articulated Yellowstone type steam locomotive (serical #71507), it was one of the last steam locomotives built for the B&O. The loco was renumbered in February of 1957 to BO #675. It lasted until being scrapped in 1960.
