| Finally CSX sent another westbound, this time in the form of CSX B521, the westbound as needed pipe train to the UP. We framed it passing the old Big 4 Freight House. The status of this building is uncertain, as it was slated to be part of Muncies new railpark, but I believe plans on that so far have been scrapped. |
