"Pennsy Photo Section," Page 41, 2001         
Here is a photo by Mr. A.F. Sozio. It was included in a six-page camera study entitled "Pennsy Photo Section" that was published originally in the August 2001 issue of "Trains" magazine, page 41. Partial Caption: "Portia Mitaritono, an employee at PRR's Sunnyside Coach Yard in Long Island City, N.Y., cleans the running gear of a GG-1 electric locomotive in 1943." Partially visible here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #4863, a GG-1 built in Juniata in January of 1938 and rated at 4,620 horsepower.
