| The Northbound Q???-?? stopped becasue one of the cars derailed/a container fell off of the trash car. The train was blocking 3 Railroad Crossings Starting at Old Centralia Road to Thurston Road. The trainmaster told me the train had been sitting there since 5am in the morning. The photo was taken at 7:15am. |
