| ALV. Here is an image of a photo that was taken in Altoona, Pennsylvania, c. 1893. Shown here is an unidentified Altoona & Logan Valley Electric Railway streetcar. It's the "Broad Avenue" run, and it's literally "Hanging Room Only!" That's the Logan House in the background, so the location is 11th Avenue at 13th Street.
