| Volkmer. Here is an image of a photo by William D. Volkmer that was taken in Altoona, Pennsylvania, on 19 July 1958. Prominent here is the Pennsylvania Railroad's Master Mechanic's Building, now the site of the Railroaders Memorial Museum. Parked beside it are four freight cars; among them (L to R) are PRR boxcars #104654 and #104602. The coal in the hopper car is destined for the 12th Street Car Shops' power plant.
