| Not exactly (a four-day late April fool!)...L469 is clearing out 126 tankers that were stored on the line near Brooklyn. Unlike further north (RR west) where train movements are somewhat more regular to serve the Lycon ready-mix plant, the active crossing protection at Perry Parkway was not restored when the line was re-opened. The one signal still standing was removed, and a pair of crossbucks with yield signs added. |
