UP 9765 Cab Side         
This was a rag tag looking locomotive. It was ex-CNW with the CNW numbers and ball and bar logo marked out and the new UP logos added. If that was not enough, it had a NS black cab sunshade, a primer air conditioner, and a UP colored access door.
