| Mann. Here is a photo showing (R to L) Pennsylvania Railroad engines #4367 and #4353. Both are EFP-15's built by GM-EMD and rated at 1,500 horsepower each. #4367 was constructed as number "9867" in August of 1952 and renumbered "4367" in preparation for the PRR-NYC merger, while #4353 was built as number "9853" in June of the same year and renumbered "4353" in preparation for the merger.
