Mann. Here is a photo by Wm. J. Pontin. Prominent here (R to L) are Pennsylvania Railroad engines #5466 and #3733. Both are K-4S (4-6-2) "Pacific" steam locomotives. #5466 was built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works during March of 1927 and retired in August of 1956, while #3733 was constructed in Juniata in February of 1920 and retired in April of 1956. Note the three unidentified Mechanics, hard at work on #3733! The exact date and the location are not recorded. (Gift from Brad Mann.) |
