This is the Vopak chemical storage and ship loading facility in La Porte, Texas. It's located north of HWY 225 on Battleground Road, down on the left. ECRX 175 used to be stationed at the SeaPAC Plastic loading facility in Baytown, Texas before she was moved here. I spent many hours behind the throttle of 175 while working at SeaPAC, and even got my required 80 hour OJT while working that job.

Another note, The cab was setup with a huge control stand that took up most of the floor space. Located on the conductors side was a computer and printer, that was used to print off switchlists. Ancient technology, but I guess it worked 30 years ago.

Great info, Britt, thanks! Railserve had one of the SeaPac GP16's, that I think is now working one of their contracts @ Loudon, TN. I think it was #1816, not sure if that was still around when you switched SeaPac. Any idea who does SeaPac these days?
