Frankstown. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide by an unidentified photographer that was taken in Frankstown, Pennsylvania, during January of 1962. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #2, an FF-2 (1-C-C-1) built by the American Locomotive Company for the Great Northern Railroad as number "5012" in October of 1927, acquired by the PRR and renumbered "2" in August of 1956, and retired in March of 1962 after 34 years of faithful service.
