Powerful and fast are tow descriptive words for this long, sleek Alco-Schenectady built 4-6-4 Hudson. DLW #1152 was delivered in 1937 and served first in fast passenger service but relegated to lesser routes as DLW dieselized. All five in the M-1 class were removed from service and scrapped between 1951-53.
