Built by the Canadian Locomotive Company in August of 1923 (serial #1711, class U-1-a), CN #6015 was one of 83 Mountain-type 4-8-2 steam locomotives that Canadian National had on their roster. This one seen here in a storage line at Turcot yard in Montreal was one of only three that survived. It was donated to the Canadian Rwy Museum at Delson, Quebec, Canada and eventually moved into the new ExpoRail museum in Saint-Constant, Québec, Canada. H.L. Goldsmith photo. |
