CR Caboose #21292         
Caught by an unknown photographer on a snowy February morning is this Conrail caboose (or is it more politically correct to call it a "shoving platform"?).

Tom Beckett General It might have still been in service as a caboose at this time. The two cars ahead of it are RF&P and SCL, so it's likely this train is going to the RF&P at Potomac Yard on something like an SEPY or ENPY, which originated at Selkirk NY or Enola, respectively, connecting with the RF&P. Virginia still required cabooses at the time, so very likely this was a working cabin. 5/6/2020 4:45:46 AM
