PC Power. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide of a photo by Charles Houser that was taken near Altoona, Pennsylvania, on 10 February 1968. Shown here (R to L) are Penn Central Railroad engines #6196 and #6142. Both are SD-45's built for the Pennsylvania Railroad by GM-EMD in January of 1968 and rated at 3,600 horsepower each.
