Here is page four of a 22-page article by William Moedinger, Jr., entitled "Railroads Of Pennsylvania." It was published originally in the October 1942 issue of "Trains" magazine, page 15. Middle Photo, Revised Caption: "The Mauch Chunk incline was the first of many gravity railroads in Pennsylvania. Cables lifted the cars, and they usually coasted back down on another track."
