AHC. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide that was taken at the Horseshoe Curve near Altoona, Pennsylvania, c. 1964. Shown here (R to L) is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #9551 and a pair of B-units whose road numbers are not recorded. All were built by GM-EMD and rated at 1,500 horsepower each. #9551 is an EH-15 built in December of 1948, rebuilt later as an EF-15A, and retired in September of 1965 after just 17 years of revenue service.
