Photo Caption: "Among the largest eight-wheeled switchers ever built is the Pennsylvania's C1 Class. Designed at the same time as the L1s Mikado, it has many parts in common with the heavier road engine." Alas, the road number of the locomotive depicted here is not recorded. |
