| INRD has a contract with Progress Rail to rework some former NS high-hood GP38-2s. This involves chopping the noses and moving the control stand over to the "correct" side, among other things. Present on 6/23 were the former NS 5024, 5040, 5020 and 5075. Taken on INRD property with permission. |
