I just ran this old heffer from Klamath falls Oregon to Sacramento California on the point of Amtrak’s coast starlight #11. It has seen way better days. She is way worn out and looks much much worse than it does in this picture. It’s definitely time to retire this old hag! I’m sure it was probably a great engine at one time, but not anymore! It’s time for the UP 6430 to be sent to the scrap yard!
