New Orleans Public Belt 0-6-0 No. 20 was parked at the railroad's engine terminal, and probably wasn't seeing much service anymore. This was one of the railroad's three newest steam engines, having been built by Baldwin in January 1921 and authorized for retirement on 15 May 1957. (approximate day) |
