| (Date Approximate) This photo from my grandmothers family history collection; shows what looks like a construction train on the Nevada California & Oregon line. Help via Facebook on the Southern Pacific and Western Pacific fan groups suggests the location is Wendel California. My ancestors who worked on railroads were Martin David Rice, and his son Hubil Lumis Rice. It is possible they are both in this photo. |
