Everyday. Here is an original photo that I took of a Pennsylvania Railroad train in Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania, on 17 July 1961. Shown here is PRR engine #8621, an AS-18M built by the American Locomotive Company in August of 1956 and rated at 1,800 horsepower. It is pulling a mixed-cargo freight train past the Hollidaysburg Passenger Station on its way to Williamsburg, Pennsylvania. ("Red Shift" slide converted to Black & White.) |
