4-6-0 #1052 ready to leave with the mixed train. Number 1056 was built by Baldwin in October 1901 (c/n 19596) as CM&StP Vulclain compound (15&25X28 cylinders, 62 inch drivers) class B-4 number 395. Renumbered in June 1907 to 1745, renumbered in September 1912 to 4345, rebuilt in April 1915 to simple (22X28 cylinders, 63 inch drivers), reclassed G-7-bs and renumbered 2895, renumbered in December 1920 to 2873, renumbered in June 1938 to CMStP&P 1056, scrapped in April 1954.
