| This view shows Border Pacific car storage. Out of view on the right, is the 2nd location of the paper waste warehouse. It too has experienced several fires. It no longer ships by rail because UP increased tariffs on paper waste shipments and neighboring RVSC had to retire its older fleet of ex DHNY boxcars. |
