BNSF 4639 in the middle of three on the front of a mixed freight slowly chugging north (to the left of the frame, contrary to what the wind, rain, and radiator steam might suggest) under dreary skies. Contrary to my first impression, that white symbol directly behind the starboard cab in black (near the roof) is *not* the picture the bathroom man indicating successful hunts for port-a-johns stuck on the rails, but an unfortunate optical illusion of several warning and instruction stickers (seriously? On a technical piece of machinery, which is touched only by highly skilled people in a locked down environment? Where was my warning sticker on the lawnmower sparkplug lead when younger when I was handed it with, "Here, hold this while I pull the starter cord...") - oh, and I guess dont pee in the electrical cabinet of the Dash-9, no matter what this symbol may suggest. |
