| From the looks of it and the date of the photo, this 1922 Baldwin built Mogul might be meeting the scrapper's torch soon. Delivered along with sister locomotive 29 in 1922, #25 & 29 were the only class 29 Moguls that Yosemite Valley Rwy ever owned. After 20 years with the YVRR, both 25 and sister locomotive #29 were leased to the Southern Pacific during World War II. After the war and the YVRR's abandonment, 25 was scrapped but 29 was sold to a railroad in Northern Mexico.
