| CSX 676 is on W-040 at Cranford, NJ 11/15/2015. Apparently CSX occasionally must have to provide equiment or maybe even the labor for CRSAA work blitzes as this train dropped its equipment off in Shared Assets and left mostly empty. In addtion, CSX does show a work window in Shared Assetts for a week and either the Marion Connection or the P&H was shut down a good chunk of the afternoon. |
