| Oblique view of a wooden DM&IR caboose, numbered C-58, spotted in front of I&N, later GB&W, depot at Iola, WI on 13 May '15. The caboose was placed there in 1984. It is numbered C-58 but some references state that the caboose moved to Iola was C-36. Other photographs online purport to show C-58, haggard and for sale, at Ely, MN in Jul. ’12. Both were built by predecessor D&IR, C-36 in '05 and C-58 in '06, both were rebuilt in 1911. |
