I must be blind. I don't see North Little Rock anywhere.

I wasn't sure if your comment was tongue in cheek or you were truly baffled by the North Little Rock lettering description. In the event you have never heard the term, North Little Rock lettering refers to the font used by the former Missouri Pacific Shops in North Little Rock, Arkansas when they repainted MP units to UP. Note that the font is more squared than typical UP font, particularly noticeable in the letter O, which is more squared than the UP O, which is more round. The NLR lettering style lasted only a couple of years, which is why I pointed it out.
